ABOUT ME
Ever since I was young, I've wanted to tell stories. As a kid, I started drawing maps of made-up places and fantastical worlds, but that quickly blossomed into creating full narratives that lived inside my head. For most of my life, writing scared me. I was the average teenager who dreaded essays and would rather play video games. Still, the stories in my skull wouldn't relent, railing against their prison.
I've lived in Southern California my whole life, where I graduated high school, went to college, and eventually started working as an X-Ray Technologist at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA. I've worked through the Covid Pandemic, sometimes x-raying over fifty Covid patients per day during the pandemic's height. Maybe it was the pandemic that compelled me, or perhaps I finally stopped being scared of writing, but I eventually wrote one of the stories that lived in my imagination. Writing became my life, and I spent nearly all my free time learning the craft and consulting with people much more qualified than myself to help me refine my manuscript. I'm currently querying for a literary agent to represent me on my first project: SEEKERS: THE WINDS OF CHANGE, a YA fantasy set in one of the worlds I've drawn and created *Note: The beautiful map you see on the website was done by an artist on Fiverr, not myself. My drawings are rudimentary at best.*
